Hospitals & Institutions
The purpose of Hospitals and Institutions is to carry the NA message of recovery to addicts who do not have full access to regular Narcotics Anonymous meetings. H&I meetings/presentations, except for those in longer term facilities, are intended to simply introduce those attending to some of the basics of the NA program.

The purpose of this committee is to participate in the development and approval process of new N.A. literature; discuss, review and have input on such literature; and submit ideas to the WSC Literature Committee.

Literature Supply
The purpose of this committee is to carry the written message of recovery to the addict who still suffers; through the purchase and supply of literature from the World Service Office (W.S.O.) to member groups at the regular SJASC meetings.

The purpose of the Policy Committee is to record and keep accurate records of all South Jersey Area policy, including that of all standing sub-committees. The Policy Committee does not make policy for the Area.

Public Relations
The purpose of the PR Committee is to provide community awareness of what N.A. is, as well as how, when and where we are available. In recent years, this has been achieved with posters and advertisements; mailings to medical and professional services; and with panel presentations.

The purpose of the South Jersey Area Web Committee is to provide information about NA, meetings and activities to the addict who still suffers, as well as professionals seeking such information; to provide services to the SJASC in order to foster and maintain a greater sense of community for this Area.
